Jeff Wakely is a hands-on, results-driven financial leader with extensive experience in corporate finance, M&A and worldwide financial management. He has overseen the broader G&A functions of HR, IT, legal and operations across diverse organizations. Jeff brings a collaborative approach and deep expertise to every challenge he takes on.
Jeff started his career at Deloitte and has since worked across industries, from cleantech and environmental services to high technology and AdTech. He has held CFO and CAO executive roles for private equity-owned, venture capital-funded and publicly held companies. Notable organizations he has led include Northstar Recycling, Bigbelly Solar, TechTarget, NetScout Systems, Visible Measures and SiteScape.
Jeff excels at building strong relationships, solving complex problems and driving financial performance aligned with stakeholder goals. Among his many accomplishments, Jeff has raised more than $400 million in venture capital and private equity investments, purchased and sold several companies and successfully managed global financial operations.
Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Wake Forest University, where he also serves as Vice Chairman of the Board at the Babcock School of Entrepreneurship.
